Launching in Spring 2022, we are a business to consumer e-commerce lifestyle brand start-up seeking to elevate the dining experience through beautifully crafted, modern and elemental artisan made tableware. Our mission is about much more than selling modern products, but fostering a sense of connection with community and friends through our products, our podcast and more. We are committed to working with skilled artisans and makers from around the world for our products, keeping an eco-conscious mindset as we execute each detail of the business.

POSITION SUMMARY
This is a great internship opportunity for someone interested in a hands-on, start-up business and/or creative experience. This internship can lean into the business or the creative or both. Role also includes supporting a small team with administrative needs, launching a podcast and more related to the brand, product design and development, and as needed on marketing, branding and online order fulfillment. We're looking for someone 10-20 hours/week to work onsite, with the ability to run errands locally in DC. Working days can be flexible to the candidate’s schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Pre-Launch:
● Assisting in podcast development
● Research and analysis to help inform product mixes
● Assisting in sourcing additional suppliers and artisans who align with our eco-conscious mindset
● Opportunity to participate and learn about creative, marketing and sales strategies
● Procuring the products, including ensuring they arrive on time and in good condition
● Aiding in inventory management
● Support podcast development and execution

Post-Launch:
● Assist in inventory management
● Assist with replenishing and rotating stock
● Research and analysis to help inform future product mixes
